Expensive Barbell’s worth it

Good morning!

A bit of a background story, I’ve been working out regularly for around 10 months now in my home gym. It’s nothing fancy but I have a squat rack that I use for benching/squatting and also I trap bar for deadlifts etc. I’m not lifting ridiculous weight but I’m lifting a lot more then when I first started. Most of my equipment seems to be pretty decent quality, my weights were from strength shop and the squat rack seems pretty sturdy. However my barbell was a gumtree purchase when I first started training. The brand is unknown but it does the job, I’m just weighing up whether it’s worth buying something that’s of better quality so my question is that is it worth spending £200-£500 on a decent barbell or a complete waste of money? I am also looking to weight train long term. I will list the exercises I’m currently doing below as this may affect the outcome of your responses. Also welcome any advice regarding training etc.
Thanks

Barbell Squat
Barbell Bench
Trap bar deadlift
Trap bar farmers walks
Barbel shoulder press
Barbell calf raises
Barbel curl

Why not just go to the gym, so you don't need to pay for barbell. Or you can buy on second-hand market will be better.
