Do you prefer cutting on high carb low fat or high fat low carbs

Never tried high fat, is that not similar to a carnivore diet? However, high carb works for me.

You know what daz, I’ve never really monitored macros or divided them up like most do ratio wise.

Sure I know roughly how much of what I consume most days or what to aim for but I’ve never done one of these % splits

When cutting I just generally focus on the deficit as a whole but like to keep carbs higher as they help fuel most of what I do

For me it's ultra low carb, zero trans fats, zero saturated fat, high mono and poly fats, moderate protein.

Tried various ways of cutting over the years.
Now I just cut calories with lower carbs.
