Triceps- V-Bar attachment pull downs

Back- Bent over barbell row

Traps- Smith machine shrugs (bar behind me)

Legs- Squats

Tris - scull crushers (when elbows allow me)
Back - machine row
Traps - close grip shrug

There's only 2 exercises I actually enjoy doing. Seated calf raises and dumbell preacher 21s.
