My favorite girly Cardio workout list;);
Jump rope,
Crunches/bicycle crunch,
Ice Skaters
Squat jumps,
DB reverse lunge to high knee,
Jumping lunges,
Burpees,
Plank...
Can't spend more than 30 seconds on each at a time. I also lik hammie curl, fast feet & jump as well as walkout & stand. What gets your blood flowing?...feel free to add yours.

There's nothing girly about Burpees! That exercise is a killer for lung function/breathing if you're not really fit.

Is that cardio list a circuit or just exercises you alternate week to week?

I think some of this is great for guys too :) Sometimes I do burpees, very invigorating
I go to the gym on the treadmill on weekends
