Recently been slowly working my way through some of these podcasts while doing static bike cardio in the mornings and I gotta say, I think they are excellent!
Always been fascinated by the science backed facts and these are presented very well. Each is typically 2 hours but imho they are worth the effort and for me it's even made cardio enjoyable
