Recently been slowly working my way through some of these podcasts while doing static bike cardio in the mornings and I gotta say, I think they are excellent!
Always been fascinated by the science backed facts and these are presented very well. Each is typically 2 hours but imho they are worth the effort and for me it's even made cardio enjoyable 🤣

I've got a short attention span for stuff like this so I can't watch a 2 hour podcast. I'm sure there's probably a lot of modern research that I'm missing out on but I'm already on the slippery slope towards old age anyway so I'll stick with what I've learned so far.
