I have. And as far as non dairy powders I rate it one of the best. I used to get vanilla. Mixes well and tastes good.
Still a touch sweet for me though.
I prefer to have no sugar or sweeteners and add banana etc to a smoothie shake.
So now I use a different one.
And this is unsweetened with some good numbers.
And uses pumpkin protein which is supposed to be best for range of AAs.
Also has turmeric, cinnamon etc.
The reality is i always add nuts and seeds to the mix anyway so this is just a base.
Not tried Huel shakes as there's so many other good (and cheaper) options out there but I thought the hot and savoury range sounded interesting so tried a couple of them and y'know what...it's pretty good. Cajun pasta especially
I don't use them as a meal replacement, more like a nutritionally balanced convenience snack if I'm working and don't have time to stop.
Also plant based and easy to prepare (basically same instructions as a pot-noodle).
Yes I've got acouple of bags bud, fantastic nutrition profile.
I mix a choc one with oats, milk and or water too.
I was dubious at first but km happy with the stuff.
I don't use it every day though as I'm eating to grow at the mo but even one a day covers a multitude of micronutrients.
I think if you are shit at eating then try this stuff because after time your body will thank you.
I'll try the hot ones now Bonus, always good to get feedback.
I've got the black series coffee one and the chocolate one.
In a shake I find it is very grainy but one has to consider how much good shit is in there and just get it down
No bloat or farty stuffs, I feel proper full after a full 2 scoop portion.
8/10 for me.
