Starting with now a cutting phase mini 8 weeks then back into gaining but I will cruise after this

I feel there just isn’t enough muscle but there won’t be any heavy bulks now very moderate calories clean foods and a cheat meal once a week would be the plan

Been suffering with what could be long cold cough but overall health been checked and I think is fine apart from anxiety and sleepless nights

going to log my progress from now and continue my path on what I enjoy doing

Competing will be decided on if I look good and if I can stand against good level competition that for now isn’t in my plan.

Current cycle will be as followed

300mg tren a
200mg tren hex
50mg drol
50mg var


T4 150mcg t4
T3 50mcg t3
Letro 2.5mg 3x per week
P5P 200mg per day
caber 0.5 Mon-Thursday

10 post insulin training day
Injectable l carnitine pre session

Diuretic once a week 0.5 dyazide if needed

Fat burners will go in soon.
albuterol 4mg 3x per day split with caffeine
Yohmbine empty stomach
Cardio 45-1 hour mornings

Goal too get lean quick then take a long cruise I want off the gear I know it’s a ton but am holding 290 but I could do with a break why I’m pushing 8 weeks hard im dying too just cruise on 150 test or just use hcg my body needs it

Meal 1
3 whole eggs
4 slice bacon
120g oats
4 fish oil pills

Post
Meal 2
Mass gain shake

Meal 3
300g chicken
400g baked potatoe

Meal 4
300g chicken
80g gluten free pasta
200g pasta sauce

Meal 5
300g beef frying steak
250g rice

3626 calories
350g pro
451g carb
55g fat

Probably won’t cut much calories from this maybe swap out the mass shake

1 allmax tablet

1 hour.

I've got asthma and used Ventolin/Salbutamol all my life so I know how fast it opens up the airways and aids breathing but I don't understand why you need to use something similar.
How does if benefit you with lungs that function normally and don't get constricted?

Since I caught covid I’ve had breathless and coughing and today I could breath like normal so I’m guessing lungs are inflamed still from catching a cold

Great session I don’t follow log book training as in beat numbers I just train do what I can if I’m weaker I just swap the weight but was a good session

good work buddy, im thinking about doing a transformation journal of some sort but im ashamed of how fat i am now, it is that bad. im currently saving for a fatburning stack and plan to cruise on sus. your jounral has motivated me more.

Mate we all start somewhere never think like that I know we are our worst enemy but you can do it bud I’d love too follow your journey get a log up

Mothertrucker - we all have to start somewhere , we are all at different levals , have different goals. Dont worry about others , just do you ? Set short term and long term goals. Short term goals keep us motivated 😊
