Starting with now a cutting phase mini 8 weeks then back into gaining but I will cruise after this
I feel there just isn’t enough muscle but there won’t be any heavy bulks now very moderate calories clean foods and a cheat meal once a week would be the plan
Been suffering with what could be long cold cough but overall health been checked and I think is fine apart from anxiety and sleepless nights
going to log my progress from now and continue my path on what I enjoy doing
Competing will be decided on if I look good and if I can stand against good level competition that for now isn’t in my plan.

Yohmbine empty stomach
Cardio 45-1 hour mornings
