Beginning off-season logging here
to get things rolling Friday 20th august getting ultrasound to remove calcium deposit in left shoulder with a follow up cortisone injection to bring down inflammation in the bursa in the bicep tendon other issues mild cartilage loss general wear and tear tendon ligaments fine

Had bloods for arthritis inflammation still waiting on results will know by Friday

Mild injuries will work around it
Split stays the same and will be training smart

Still pushing for size and freakyness many people have injuries niggles who just sit on the couch it’s age and general wear and tear most don’t know they've got it

So just writing in here now..💪

How did it go mate?
Good mate first day pain now nothing when relaxed but not moving my arm above my head for at least 2 week so can’t say if it’s good or bad yet just doing arm swings 2 days isn’t happening lol 2 week total time off

Spart has been amazing helping me through it all asking all the questions
