Post-Workout, What do you have?

Generally I have a cnp pro-recover as I’m driving back home followed by some crumpets with a smidge of strawberry Jam or bagels.

If time permits I’ll cook up some meat or eggs instead with a couple of pitta breads.

What do you guys opt for?

For convenience I just sip on a mixture of bcaa/eaa and glutamine

Focus on my overall intake as a whole picture

Now looking back my personal opinion is I've overthought this part of the process in the past.

Recovery shake immediately after workout followed by a meal (chicken & rice) about 1 hour later.

Banana blended with a pint of milk, couple of chocolate biscuits 😋

Also buy some Grenade protein choc spread to go on your crumpets.... thank me later 😂

I had that spread once mate, ended up sat there with a spoon eating it from the jar lol

Usually 200-250g lean meat like turkey breast, 90g cream of rice with 10g raisins. On a high day, 100g low fat cereal on top (not literally lol), like rice crispies, coco pops etc.
