Just watching this new vid on a youtube channel I follow.
Really good tips from an experienced bodybuilder talking about what science has shown works for gaining muscle. Breaks it down nicely.

One of the things that surprised me in that interview was that eating your protein first or going for a 10 min walk after eating had such an impact on how your body reacts to sugars and insulin responses.
Such a useful but simple distinction.

Yes. It pre determines what macro your body uses for its main energy source for the rest of the day.
Start with proteins and fats, introduce carbs late morning onward or as your energy output requires.
However those massing might only want to use this method if and when overspilli g or carb cycling, it gets super fussy depending on goals and current composition....
