Hey,
I was just wondering if lowering my calories through a reduction of carbohydrates on a rest day is smart if the following day is my training day for my weakest body part. I’m eating about 4k cals on training days right now and I drop that to sub 3k on an off day because I accumulate body fat easily. I don’t train until the evening so I have all day to “carb load” or carb up. Which today I am actually going to see if having an extra 100g carbs today will make a difference in energy or if I’ll just be even more tired
