Do you always eat the same stuff or do you find that you change foods with the seasons?

For some strange reason that I don't understand, my mind and body automatically switch to liking salads and grilled cuts of meat/fish in spring and summer but in autumn and winter I always want the exact opposite (stews/carbs/fats etc etc).

Yeah, it's your body's way of adjusting to the season I suppose. I guess we all have that innate thing that helps us adjust. Eating in season is my preferred option. Although nowadays you can literally get what you want all year round, so it's hard to know what foods were traditionally meant to be available in a particular season.
