When you first get milk as a baby, it was colostrum in it to boost immune. But, later it`s only a source of fat and cholestrole, really. I noticed with myself also that I get better skin without it. Yes, I think you should avoid milk as an adult, even protein-powder, you get better skin. You don`t need all that fat, I also suggest cutting down on eggs, red meat also, nothing wrong with it, but if you want to get leaner, healthier, try eating more vegetables instead. I think most people and trainees eat too much, you don`t need half a kilogram of meat everyday with eggs, try a diet with less calories and dense foods. With vegetables and fruit, you not only get vitamins and minerals, but also important enzymes that do alot in the body

Milk will cause inflammation on your skin which get your face have pimple and turns red easily. If you're not at growing-up period then it's better not to have it.

Bit of an oversimplification honestly. Milk and dairy aren't the enemy for most people. Yes some people are lactose intolerant or sensitive and cutting it clears up skin issues, but that's not universal.

For anyone trying to build muscle, dairy is actually a solid protein source with a great amino acid profile. Full fat milk, cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, all staples for a reason. The cholesterol fear is also pretty outdated at this point, dietary cholesterol has a much smaller impact on blood cholesterol than once thought.

If it doesn't agree with you personally then cut it, but telling everyone to avoid it is a stretch.
