It takes balls to enter mate. Wether you win or not is irrelevant , you will be the best you that you can be, thats what matters ?
There are very few on here that come close to your level , respect 🏋🏼‍♀️

I think if you're going to compete in any type of event you need to have the mindset that you want to win or else you won't be giving it 100% effort pre-comp. That mindset is even more important in bbing and physical challenges due to the amount of prep and work needed in the build up to the competition compared to something like a chess tournament or a darts match etc.

Daz has got the genetics IMO to do very well on stage and he's definitely driven and focused so it's really just a matter of him getting the diet/training/gear nailed and being at his best on the day of the comp.

Have you got a coach or an experienced mentor mate? I've got limited knowledge of comp prep but over the years I've come to learn that understanding carb manipulation and timed use of diuretics are the 2 main things that separate the winners from the losers on a level playing field.

Very true mate like I want to win but more my focus is just being able too stand on the stage against other competitors lol

No coach just doing it myself but will take all the help and knowledge of you guys I’ve got someone that will look at me in person but that’s it

Had too rest feeling hot now extreme lethargic weigh in tomorrow do not want too go under 250s if possible yet last weigh in 257lbs last Monday after the high day and today slightly more carb face is pretty sunk in just the stubborn areas but skins thinning

Down 11 pounds since Mondays weigh in massive drop in weight been in a fasted state and will begin cooking now and get meals in

Cardio will be the same we might just push more high days now.
