T3 and var.

Hello, I’ve just started a new cycle of t3 and var. T3 25mg 1 hour before food/drink and 10mg Var AM only. I’m female, 14% body fat looking to drop to around 12%. Lifting 5-6 days a week. Are these the right dosages or do they need increasing? Not seeing any changes at all at the moment...

I did do 5 weeks on clean 120mg and I was a little shaky but no real results.

I need to know of any good places to get my tabs, I’m worried my source is dodged.

I would up the var to at least 50mg/d. 25mg is what the body naturally produces so all you are doing is replacing natural T3 rather than increasing levels.
