I woke up this morning and was chuffed to see that finally it looks like summer's over. Grey skies today, light drizzle, and my thermostat is showing my ideal room temperature of 18 degrees instead of 28!!!!! Time to start training seriously again now instead of sitting on my arse and doing nothing because it's too hot to even eat properly let alone do exercise (y)
