I m on 100mg test e per week for a year , trt started with doc but doing it my self now. (Doc wanted me to 200 mg per week). Thinking of doing a little recomp. What would you use, bump the test to 250mg per week or add 100mg of tren a per week ?

Suppose you get bloods before a cycle, and everything is upper limits but in range. After you start your blast, you know that your blood panel will be out of range, but when you say is enough? Do you have a limit that you dont pass or just wait to end the blast and everything comes back normal?

You cant be sure if you haven't done blood test before to see where are you at 450 pw. See halflife of the ester you are using but it depends from person to person. If i was you i would stopped it 10 days before

I donate blood but my ferritin is going low after three donation in a year and my hematocrit is raising after a month of donation. I m on doc prescribed trt.

Anyone using enalapril to lower hematocrit? I heard that enalapril or telmisartan are used to lower rbc and high hematocrit. Is this correct?
