It ain’t about how hard you hit it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward (motivation Rocky the legend)

We were probably all inspired/motivated by the Rocky movies. Watched them all countless times. The 3rd one is my favourite. Clubber Lang was a great bad guy.

Was at this, brings back memories, still brilliant. Used it as my show music a couple of times.

    Favourite dunning products and why

I would probably do the same mate if I was a bit younger. Got old & sensible..ish.

    Favourite dunning products and why

Without doubt mate, likewise used all 3. Horrendous side effects particularly with enth. Vowed never to take tren again, but after all good reports I heard about hex gave it a go, admittedly at a fairly low dose. No side effects & made great gains. Hex is definitely the way to go.

Dunning tren hex is on a different level, if you haven't used that mate, all the benefits with a lot less side effects.

Cheers mate, your injuries were significantly worse than this, so seeing you back & progressing is an inspiration in itself.

    Hernia

3 plus weeks post surgery, recovery seems to be going well with no issues to date. 4 weeks out the gym & seeing a difference in myself. Lost more size than I was anticipating. Probably due to being old. Consultant appointment next week, hopefully gives me go ahead to start light training.

    Epitalon

I've used Ipamerolin and CJC, had no side effects & found the combination effective. I've used quite a few peptides with varying degrees of sucess. I haven't used Epitalon, so can't offer any advice on it. The stated benefits are obviously excellent but as with a lot of peptides they lack...

Gutted to hear this mate. I agree, this sadly is an example of the difference between NHS & Private.

I wish it was as easy as that mate, but I had open surgery to repair a large hernia. I still can't bend over to put socks on 6 days after op. I have 8 staples in the wound which aren't being removed until Friday. It's my own fault, I've been putting off getting this repaired for a while & as a...

Absolutely no problem whatsoever, I'm happy to help if I can. I got back to lifting heavier than ever mate. The only change I made was staying away from flat bench which started aggravating it again & there was no way I was going through it again.

My shoulder was really bad mate. The labrum was completely detached from the bone at the front & held on by a thread at the back. There was basically nothing holding my shoulder joint in place. I actually narrowed my collar bone because the joint was constantly bumping against it.
