    I don’t believe hamstring is more a load issue to many overload the hamstring and it’s all lower back and over rush the reps without proper contraction it’s exactly like the bicep less weight is needed imo more volume intensity

    I think even long Easter hit hard but it’s just they take longer for blood levels too lower vs a faster easter

    If you haven’t tried any the above give it a try mate I wouldn’t start going on any other medications as they can make you feel even worse hungover feeling the next day
