I really need to work on this big time I always say all stretch but scared of cramping too lol

Small guys have no idea how hard it is being big and just doing normal everyday things. I hope you can still manage to wipe your own arse properly? I had an old mate that struggled to do something as simple as that a long time ago due to not staying flexible and doing mobility stretches lol :ROFLMAO:

I’m struggling now to wipe my ass that’s just started now even showering lol good thing I’m getting people in the streets wanting me to flex saying I’m big so I must be growing lol but the struggle is real

Did chest delts again no counting all 15 reps amazing pump I feel I’m going to keep reps high again I don’t see any point going lower than 12 I like pump low rest it’s working for me

Chubby was never a guy I found funny as he always crossed the line between risque humour and just being a blatant facist/sexist/racist but I agree that a bit of friendly banter is needed on forums to stop them being really boring.
