Did my morning cardio 1 hour been fasted since just cooking up some chicken will eat that soonish might need too lower cardio a bit will see tomorrow

I don't know what the CV session entailed but it's good to see you doing focused/dedicated CV rather than just doing 30 minutes on a stationary bike as a closer after lifting weights. Guys carrying your amount of size/weight need to take CV as serious as your weight sessions IMO.

Crack on Daz and good luck with your comps mate. I'm watching and learning.

It will be my first contest too I’ve never competed yet it’s either now or never but money is rough right now I will update later but right now I’m just continuing with training and hopefully I can do what I love.

Dropping cardio back as 1 hour is not needed now not much left too pull off and training sessions feeling tougher but still pushing hard

very tired now but this is where it hits hard

been fasting too and will continue then eat later on for some reason feel more energy today but no training as I don’t want too fatigue myself yet tomorrow delts chest again

I’m also doing abs and glutes every session now too bring these in the best I can

If you don't succeed in bbing you should contact the BBC and put your name/face forward for a documentary about "the last few days of Freddy Mercury" o_O

It's lucky for you that you're built like a proper beast as it would be so easy to assume you are a crackhead or AIDS victim otherwise lol

I’m getting looked at a lot it’s horrible because my face sunkens in before anything else is peeled lol

You're looking fucking terrible in the face/cheeks tbh mate but atleast you know it.
Someone like me can understand what's happening as I know about bodybuilding/hobbybuilding but anyone `normal` outside of the sport will be looking at you with loads of questions in their minds about substance/drug abuse or poor health/disease.

1 hour fasted cardio done
drinking 3 green tea 1 coffee per day too help increase metabolism today 80g carbs and will be fasting until later on
