    Yeah mate it’s just like flavoured juice doesn’t effect my stomach I don’t use eaa now as think they are a waste of money but the carbs help give the extra calories and sweetness

    Drop dosage too 200mg see how you feel then maybe Chuck in just 20mg dbol too raise estrogen a little quicker also get your sexdrive back up Obviously blood work would tell us more but I’m beating this would work.

    Mine is 130g dextrose 10g creatine 12g aminos 10g glutamine My goal is try consume 500 cals during the workout and it’s in the easiest form don’t use nothing else fancy sometimes only dextrose no aninos as I drink a weight gainer right after it also getting protein from this
