    I think we all do majority around aren’t confident like you’d think it’s mostly a act like acting you build a character and portray him with coming across like nothing is wrong like how most who suffer deeply never display it but you’d never guess had issues It’s definitely normal not a bad thing.

    I’d worry about that later as diet progresses right now just nail clean food cardio and let the body recomp then later think of water estro bloat etc

    Try drink a coffee with sweetener or green tea snack with zero fat greek yogurt sweetener and grapes it helps curve appetite and feeling for sugary stuff

    Depending on if you’ve got any sensitivity behind the nipples if not I’d personally use nolva estro builds muscle and if no other symptoms mood lethargic appetite nipple issues I’d go that route.
