Yeah definitely I probably will lighten the weight 160 felt good 180 bit heavy if im honest it could have been not perfect as nobody looking over me we think it’s ideal but if someone was looking it be better
It’s bent over leaning forward slow no leg drive like you normally see locked in try hold the rep even though that’s not ideal too do at all I used too do it upright like Dorian and done 240kg but sloppy. I’ve rowed 180kg since 2014 but Dorian style nothing special or new
I agree on this post small circle too many fake people and jealously creeps up im in that category I’m a loner lol but most gym guys probably are I love my own company and probably will forever be single as I enjoy my own space doing my own thing when I want
I think we all do majority around aren’t confident like you’d think it’s mostly a act like acting you build a character and portray him with coming across like nothing is wrong like how most who suffer deeply never display it but you’d never guess had issues

Try drink a coffee with sweetener or green tea snack with zero fat greek yogurt sweetener and grapes it helps curve appetite and feeling for sugary stuff
Depending on if you’ve got any sensitivity behind the nipples if not I’d personally use nolva estro builds muscle and if no other symptoms mood lethargic appetite nipple issues
